THE ENTIRE KITCHEN SINK 

BREAKFAST BOWL

Ingredients

A Handful of Fresh Blueberries

1 Medium Avocado

1-2 tsp of Natural Birch Xylitol Sweetener

2-3 TBSP Coconut or Almond Milk

1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Vanilla is my fave!)

Shredded Unsweetened Coconut or Coconut Chips

 

Optional Toppings:

Baked Oatmeal, Blueberries, Chia Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Pomegranate Seeds, Pecans, Cocao Nibs

STEP 1: Blend coconut or almond milk with 1 medium avocado, a handful of fresh blueberries, 1 scoop of protein powder and 1-2 tsp of Natural Birch Xylitol Sweetener. Add toppings and voila!
